The pressure is on

Work can be tough, the pressures of workload, time management, lack of resources and management can have an adverse effect on the performance of individuals. BBP offers resilience training to individuals and organisations to help them combat the pressures of the working environment.

Failing to achieve their potential

An individual’s inability to deal with the day-to-day pressures of the working environment can be a derailer for them. Employees can often have irreplaceable skills as ‘job masters’, but do not deliver what they could, because of their lack of resilience. Organisation’s may wish to give training to all of their managers to ensure this doesn’t happen or to align themselves with the Health and Safety Executives Management Standards.

Experts in well being

BBP work in partnership with Robertson Cooper to offer either one–on–one coaching for an individual or group training for managers who are exposed to highly pressurised environments. Using up–to–date research and psychological expertise, the training will give delegates a solid grounding in overcoming challenges and handling setbacks – developing the individual’s ability to cope in a variety of situations and, where applicable, translate this to improved performance within their teams.

Resilience training solutions incorporate the use of Robertson Cooper’s free online tool – i–resilience. i–resilience combines an individual report with access to a free resource portal which is designed to raise awareness for employees and individuals to develop their own personal resilience. “Organisations that do not do their bit to support their employee’s increase the risk of absenteeism, presenteeism or reduced efficiency. Investing in resilience training can help to minimise these risks.”
