The Process

BBPs executive leadership assessment is a one-on-one half day psychological assessment. It is a comprehensive assessment of an individual’s leadership potential. Our psychologists use a range of psychometrics and ability tests to gain a complete picture of an individuals strengths and development areas. Using years of experience assessing senior executives and directors BBP will produce an executive leadership assessment report.

The Report

The report is a professional interpretation of the psychological characteristics of the individual. It is prepared as a guide to the individual’s placement, development and both personal and professional growth. Feedback will be given to the candidate and their hiring manager. The report is both verbally and graphically presented and will provide:
