Gaining a thorough and panoramic understanding of how others perceive us gives an invaluable insight into our selves and helps individuals to have a much more accurate self-awareness.

360º Feedback, or multi source feedback is a process in which an individual evaluates themselves on a set of criteria. In addition, the individual’s manager evaluates them, as do their peers and direct reports.

The feedback gives a gap analysis between how an individual perceives them selves and how others perceive them. The feedback is seldom used in isolation but as part of an effective development or coaching program.
